You've got to promise not to stop when I say when.

This song has totally been on repeat the past couple of days.  I just can't get enough.  I'm so glad it has found its way back into my life.  And I'm kind of in love with the video.

Call me old fashioned, but...

Maybe the rain has me feeling funny, but I really feel like I'm starting to appreciate little things much more than I have in the past, or had forgotten to appreciate.  Over the past two weeks, I've noticed that I, at some point, developed an intense love for fresh flowers.  I especially noticed today, when the rain has the smell of the AMAZING flowers behind the building I mainly stay at on campus lingering in the air.  I've also recently been reminded of my love affair with reading.  After picking up one of those books that I'm so drawn in by that it hurts to put down (review coming soon), I'm picking up even more and reading them with more fervor.  My love for music that I used to be enthralled by and had lost touch with have recently been brought back to my attention, and it's like first love all over again.  Spending time with my parents, having picnics, sitting at the beach at night having long talks about life, lunch dates with good friends, and taking naps outside have all come to be much more appreciated by me in the past few months.  I'm really happy with this development.

Bellingrath

I went day tripping with my parents today, and it was beautiful!  We drove to Mobile, walked around Bellingrath Gardens, went to Dauphin Island and had a picnic, and then drove home.  It was an awesome day off and I'm so thankful to have been able to enjoy it with my parents.
Bellingrath Gardens is gorgeous!  Here are a few of my favorite shots: (ignore the incorrect date stamp, please)

We We We So Excited

I love viral video mash-ups.

Oh hae!

New blogs are fun!  Yay!

I'm new to Blogger, and really 'blogging' in general.  Bare with me while I catch on, and if you can deal with my antics, I'm sure you'll be entertained at least once.
